Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner’s office awarded $370,000 in violence prevention grants.
The money is going to 11 community-based organizations that focus on seniors in the city who have been impacted by violence and other crimes.
The District Attorney’s Office of Violence Prevention has awarded more than $4 million to non-profits since 2021.
